Ken Kaplan has been involved with commercial real estate and corporate finance for over 18 years.  He has used his expertise to facilitate dozens of transactions that have raised more than $50 million for various businesses.

Ken is currently President of K2 Commercial Finance which has created a niche serving commercial real estate borrowers with financing needs of between $150,000 and $5 million. The company offers a variety of loan products and programs that are flexible, streamlined and designed specifically to meet the needs of small commercial property owners.

Ken is also a principal in CarStack USA, which holds exclusive US distribution rights to the fully automated CarStack Parking System.  After years of technical research, design, prototyping, market research and development activities, CarStack anticipates the commercial launch of this innovative parking machine during 2007.

Ken received his Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Miami in 1991.  He is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and has received numerous other professional distinctions and recognition.
